BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, BINFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along:
a) London Road, Binfield - from the junction of Murrell Hill Lane to the junction of Nevelle Close

b) Beehive Road, Binfield - at the junction of London Road, Binfield

c) St Marks Road, Binfield - at the junction of London Road, Binfield

The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via Berkshire Way, Twin Bridges roundabout, Downshire Way, Wokingham Road and this route reversed. The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (b) of this Order will be via Turnpike Road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (c) of this Order will be via Popeswood Road, Popeswood Roundabout. The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety during resurfacing works for the Shoulder of Mutton signal upgrade project. The proposed Order will come into operation on the 11th December 2019 and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place between the 11th December 2019 & 13th December 2019 between the hours of 09:30-15:30.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
