NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45,46,49,124 and 125 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers, and those lengths of road that lie within the London Borough of Lewisham, pursuant to agreement under Section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 with the councils of the said boroughs, in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Local Authorities (Arrangements for the Discharge of Functions)(England) Regulations 2012, and with the consent of Lewisham Council.
The effect of the Orders would be to:-
(a) introduce waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;

(b) introduce Pay by Phone parking places as specified in the Schedule to this notice;

(c) introduce time restricted free parking places as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

A copy of the proposed orders, of the plans of the schemes and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/679 not later than 4th December 2019.
Persons objecting to the proposed orders should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection. SCHEDULED

WORSLEY BRIDGE ROAD, Beckenham, the south west side, from the southern kerbline of Station Approach, Lower Sydenham southwards for a distance of 18m.
PAY BY PHONE PARKING PLACES
Pay by Phone parking between Sam and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays Inclusive, except Public Holidays and Bank Holidays. 60p per hour - no maximum stay. Maximum charge - Monday to Friday £4, and Saturday £2:-
