LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Ecran Karakas has applied to the Licenang Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a Premises Licence to permit: Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: From 10:00 to 01:30 - Monday to Sunday. Provision ol Late-Night Refreshment From 23:00 to 02:00 -Monday to Sunday. For the premises: Unit 2000, S5I Green Lanes London N8 0RL A register of licensing applications can be inspected at The Licensing Team, Level 6 Alexandra House 10 Station Road Wood Green N22 7TB. Appointments to inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020 8489 1335 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Haringey, Licensing Team at the address above, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 27/11/2019. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the pubic domain. Representations must relate to one or more af the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, pubic safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person gilty of an offence is liable on sumrmary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
