NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY IN HERTFORDSHIRE THE HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (FLAMSTEAD 59) MODIFICATION ORDER 2019
The above named Order, made on 22nd March 2019, was confirmed on 24th October 2019. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Mapand Statement by adding the Byway Open to All Traffic (BOAT) running from Gt Gaddesden BOAT73 at TL 0450 1401 then running Ealong Dean Lane UCR for approx 335m to ajunction with Flamstead Footpath 47 and Beechwood Lane opposite Flamstead Restricted Byway 57 at TL 0483 1406.
Acopy of the confirmed Order may be seen free of charge at Front Reception of Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday and can be bought from Hertfordshire County Council at acost of £5. Acopy of the confirmed Order and Notice may also be seen at Dacorum Borough Council, The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead. The Order becomes operative as from the date on which it was confirmed, but if aperson aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof, or of anyprovision contained therein, on the ground thatitisnot within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground thatany requirement of the Act, or anyregulation made thereunder,has not been complied with in relation to the Order, hemay, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 of the Act within 42 days from 13th November 2019, make application for the purpose of the High Court.
