Notice is given that anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named late of 18 Candlemakers Court Clitheroe Lancashire BB7 1AH who died on the 20th day of May 2019 is required to send particulars thereof to Houldsworth Solicitors of Pullman House 2 & 4 Duck Street Clitheroe Lancashire BB7 1LP before the 14th January 2020 after which date the Executors will distribute the estate having regard only to the valid claims or interests of which they shall then have had notice.
