Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence Notice is given that Tapamara Ltd has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Renoufs, 48-48a Poole Road, Westbourne BH4 9DZ The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 4th day of November 2019. Activities: To include the provision of Off Sales to the supply of alcohol. To include Late Night Refreshment: Christmas Eve/New Year’s Eve 23:00 to 01:00. Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 23:30. Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:30. Non-standard timing of: Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. 07:00 to 01:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 02/12/2019 . The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
