Notice is hereby given that Two Brews of Essex Ltd has applied in respect of 11 Church Street, Colchester, CO1 1NF, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: the sale on and off the premises of alcohol between 0900 and 2300, Monday to Sunday. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 29.11.2019, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
