LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 NOTICE OF CHANGE IN PARISH NAME
NOTICE is hereby given that Allbrook and North Boyatt Parish Council ("the Parish") has been granted authority by Eastleigh Borough Council to change the name of the Parish from Allbrook and North Boyatt Parish Council to Allbrook Parish Council. This change reflects authorisation granted by Eastleigh Borough Council on 21 st October 2019 in accordance with section 75 of the Local Government Act 1972 and shall come into effect immediately. No change to the boundary of the Parish is authorised.
A copy of the notice has been sent to the relevant authorities as set out under statute at section 75 (2)(a) Local Government Act 1972 and published as required under section 75 (2)(b). A copy is also available for inspection at our office until 6th December 2019 with a copy of the relevant boundary plan: Eastleigh Borough Council, Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh, SO50 9YN
