THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN NIGHTINGALE ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Nightingale Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with A412 Uxbridge Road north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with The Drive ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 644 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via A412 (Uxbridge Road/RectoryRoad), A404 Chorleywood Road and Nightingale Road. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 November 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

WATFORD) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Louvain Way, Watford from its northernmost junction with Weall Green south eastwards to its southernmost junction with Weall Green ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 60 metres.
An alternative route will be via Louvain Way, Horseshoe Lane, Newhouse Crescent, The Browand Louvain Way.
The Order is needed because the replacement of existing telecoms pole is proposed to be executed near the Road. NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedal cycles from using the cycleway situated on the west side of A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford from apoint 12 metres north east of apoint in line with the south western boundaryofthe 'Watford Colosseum' north eastwards for adistance of approximately 65 metres ("the Cycleway").
Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Cycleway.

1. thatlength of Hill Farm Avenue, Abbots Langley/Watford from its junction with Aerodrome Waysouth eastwards to its junction with High Road, adistanceofapproximately 247 metres.

An alternative route will be via Aerodrome Way, Ashfields and High Road.
2. thatlengthof Hillside Avenue, Borehamwood from its junction with Furzehill Road north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Bullhead Road, adistanceofapproximately 792 metres.

An alternative route will be via Furzehill Road, B5378 Shenley Road, A5135 Elstree Wayand Bullhead Road.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. TheOrder is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

3. thatlength of Gateshead Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Cowley Hill north eastwards toits junction with B5378 Cowley Hill, adistance of approximately 21 metres.

An alternative route willbevia Gateshead Road, Leeming Road, Aycliffe Road, Brampton Terrace, Stapleton Road and B5378 (Green Street/ Cowley Hill)orviaGateshead Road, Brook Road, Hartforde Road and
B5378 Cowley Hill.
The Order is needed because the installation of prefabricated units
is proposed tobeexecuted near the Roads.

4. thatlength of Old House Lane, Abbots Langley from its junction with LangleyburyLane south westwards, north westwards and south westwards to its junction with Bucks Hill, adistance of approximately 1700 metres.

An alternative route will be via LangleyburyLane, FirTree Hill, Redhall Lane, Chandlers Lane, Toms Hill andBucks Hill.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce 20 mph speed limit zones effecting those roads in Watford as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Monday 18 November 2019.
