Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of 1 Elm Street Langley Park Durham DH7 9SU, who died on 31/12/2014, are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Executor of the estate on or before 01/05/2015, after which date the said Executor will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
