NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Crown & Sceptre, 76 Station Road, Taunton, TA1 1NX. The variation proposed is as follows:-1. Extend the opening hours to allow the premises to open from 8am daily for breakfast, coffee and tea etc. and to close on Sunday to Wednesday at 00.30 and on Thursday to Saturday at 02.30 the following day. 1 Extend the start time for the sale of alcohol to 10am daily and the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol, live music and recorded music on Sunday to Wednesday until midnight, and on Thursday to Saturday until 2am the following day. 3. Remove all existing non-standard timings and add new non-standard timings as detailed in the application. 4. Permit late night refreshment on Sunday to Wednesday from 11 pm to midnight and on Thursday to Saturday to 2am the following day. 5. Permit the provision of films on Sunday to Wednesday from 8am to midnight and on Thursday to Saturday from 8am to 2am the following day. 6. Remove existing Annex 2 conditions and add new conditions as detailed in the application. 7. Remove the provision of entertainment facilities for dancing. A copy of the application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Manager, The Licensing Team, Somerset West and Taunton Council, Belvedere Road, Taunton, TAI I HE during normal office hours by making an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team on 01823 356343. This application was lodged with Somerset West and Taunton Council on 01 /11 /19 and any representations must be made in writing to Somerset West and Taunton Council at the above address no later than 29/11/19.
