A/19/87925/FULL Land To Be Severed From Alder House Clyde Street Leigh
To erect two semi-detached dwellings with associated parking and landscaping,
together with creation of parking area for Alder House.
Notice Is hereby given that an application has been made to Wlgan Council for
the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed
building and which is within a Conservation Area.
