ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
CORRIGENDUM TO PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLISHED ON 31 OCTOBER 2019

1. On 31st October 2019 a public notice of proposals was published under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. This Notice corrects the following
(a) The public notice contained references to 'The Ridgeway' whereas it should have been referenced 'The Ridgway'; and

(b) In the main table to the Notice under item 2 (a) the entry between Tyrell Court and Upper Vernon Road should read 'Upland Road'

These corrections do not affect the proposed Orders or plans and copies of these can be inspected at the Council's Environment, Housing and Regeneration Offices at 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Dated: 7 November 2019 Mervyn Bartletl
