TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.53) Order 2019" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped area of highway comprising the back part of the footway which lies at the junctions of Waterworks Lane and Caswell Road at Leominster, in the County of Herefordshire to enable development as permitted by the County of Herefordshire District Council, under reference 184556.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/3937) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Leominster Town Council, 11 Corn Square, Leominster HR6 8YP

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 07 November 2019 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included
