Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim or interest in the estate of Susan Ann Whipp, late of 248, Halstead Road, Kirby-le-Soken, Frinton-on-Sea, Essex. CO13 0DX, who died on 24th September 2014, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Administrator before 30th April 2015, after which date the Administrator will distribute the estate among persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which he has had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest he shall not then have notice.
