Burnham-on-Crouch Town Council and the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group Consultation on the Draft Neighbourhood Plan prior to Consultation and Publicity under The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012

Burnham-on-Crouch Town Council approved the draft Neighbourhood Plan for public consultation at a Special Meeting of the Town Council on 6 January 2015.
Public Consultation:- Before undergoing a formal consultation in accordance with Paragraph 14 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, Burnham-on-Crouch Town Council is inviting representations on the draft Neighbourhood Plan for a four week period. The consultation period ends at 5p.m. on Friday, 27 March, 2015.
Only representations received within the consultation period will be considered.

 Further Information:- A printed copy of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan is available for inspection at the following locations, where you may also obtain a copy of the response questionnaire: -
Burnham-on-Crouch Town Council, Council Offices, Chapel Road - 9.30 am to 1.00 pm Monday to Friday.
The Burnham-on-Crouch Library, Station Road, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
“One Place”, High Street – 10.00 am to 2.30 pm Tuesday to Saturday.
Maldon District Council, Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL 10.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
