TEMPORARY CLOSURE 3/347 ROWCROFT (STROUD TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 3/347 Rowcroft for 15 metres either

side of the railway bridge for an approximate total distance of 40 metres.

The reason for the closure is for a safety examination of the railway bridge structure.

The road is expected to be closed at 22:00 on 10th November 2019 until 05:00 on

11th November 2019 or until the works have been completed. For further information, please

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND NO WAITING/NO PARKING C266 WHITMINSTER LANE (WHITMINSTER PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the C266 Whitminster Lane from its junction with Walk Bridge to its junction with property known as Lodge Cottage for a distance of approximately 450 metres.

The reason for the closure and restrictions is for replacement of expansion joints on Wheatenhurst Bridge.

The road is expected to be closed between 19:00 until 06:00 hours on the 13th November 2019, 14th November 2019,15th November 2019 and 18th November 2019 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit

There will be no parking or waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works. Emergency and Pedestrian access will not be maintained across the bridge during the night closures due to the nature of the works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 41434 BUTTERROW LANE (RODBOROUGH PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41434 Butterrow Lane outside the property known as Cotswold Cottage for a distance of approximately 50 metres. The reason for the closure is to renew a 6 metre portion of the wall as the original has collapsed. The road is expected to be closed daily between the hours of 09:30 and 16:30 from 25th November 2019 until 22nd December 2019 or until the works have been completed. Pedestrian and Emergency access to premises on or next to the road will not be maintained due to excavations on the narrow road. However, outside of working hours, bridging units will be used to cover the excavations and provide passage.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE B4014 AVENING ROAD (NAILSWORTH TOWN AND AVENING PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT AND COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the B4014 Avening Road from outside the

entrance to Spring Mill Business Centre to the entrance to the track to Hazelwood Cottage for

a distance of approximately 1.5 kilometres.

The reason for the closure is for the removal of dangerous trees.

The road is expected to be closed between the hours of 07:30 and 17:30 from

25th November 2019 until 2nd December 2019, excluding the weekend, or until the works
