THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (EMPIRE ROAD AND ST
JAMES' ROAD, DENTON HOLME, CARLISLE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable TK Gallagher to carry out works for new connections ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle to wait at any time, on day or to load/unload at any time, on any day (including blue badge holders) along the following lengths of road;
1. Empire Road, Denton Holme, Carlisle (both sides) from its [unction with St James' Road, extending in a north westerly direction for approx. 20m; and
2. St James' Road, Denton Holme, Carlisle (both sides) from a point approx. 40m south west of its {unction with Nelson Street, extending in a south westerly direction for approx. 50m. Nothing in the Order to which this notice relates shall apply to vehicles being used in connection with the Works.

The Order will come into operation on 4 November 2019 and may continue in force for a period of up to eighteen months from that date as and when the relevant traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 5 working days.
