Notice of Application for Premises Licence We, Sweetie Bouquets Limited hereby make an application for a Premises Licence in respect of: 90 West Road, Shoeburyness, Essex, SS3 9DS. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: Supply of alcohol for off premises consumption, 08:30 to 18:00 Mon to Sat, and 07:00 to 22:00 Mon to Sun during periods of peak demand. In addition, The online sale and supply of alcohol, at all times via our website and other online sales channels. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by: 18/11/19. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
