Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1,2,4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Effect of the above Orders will be, without any change in substance to the designations and provisions imposed by those Orders, to consolidate each district's Orders into a new consolidated map-based Order, the Orders being consolidated and their respective amendments are listed in Schedule 1.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 1st November 2019.

Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford, CM1 1LX

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Orders of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Orders apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Coggeshall Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coggeshall Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Coggleshall Road roundabout to its junction with A131 roundabout, a distance of approximately 185m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/11/2019 for 7 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (MG080GBC70339-TTRO - O2 (UK) Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.

roadworks.org

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while telecom works are undertaken

by O2 (UK) Limited.

An alternative route is available via A120 J A131/b1256 Roundabout, Marks Roundabout, Coggeshall Road, Braintree Bypass-A131, Broad Road Roundabout, Broad Road, Convent Hill, Bradford Street, Bocking End Roundabout, Courtauld Road, Coggeshall Road - Railway Street Junction, Coggeshall Road Roundabout, Bridport Way and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 24/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Hill, White Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Hill, White Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Vicarage Avenue to its junction with Station Road, a distance of approximately 305m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 05/11/2019 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034824459 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via South Street, Railway Street, TrinovantianWay, Manor Street, Lakes Road, Chapel Hill, Anglia Way, Millennium Way, North Roundabout, Cressing Road Roundabout, Cressing Road, Papley Road, Braintree Road, Witham Road, Polecat Road, Temple Lane, Superstore Road, Chipping Hill, Powers Hall End and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 24/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Station Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not ess than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 140m east of its junction with Langford Road for a distance of approximately 210m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18/11/2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBYK3AKX05 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Langford Road, Witham Road, Maldon Road, Langford Road Roundabout, Heybridge Approach, Pond Roundabout, Maldon Bypass, Fullbridge Roundabout, The Causeway, Heybridge Street Roundabout, The Square, The Street, Colchester Road, Broad Street Green Road, Prince Of Wales Road, Kelvedon Road, Maypole Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 07/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
