Notice is hereby given thatTasneem Malik and Shahid Malik have applied to Wandsworth Council to vary the premises licence at Food & Drink Store Ltd, 142 Tooting Bee Road, London, SWI7 8BH to replace the current start and finish times for the retail sale of alcohol (off sales) with the following start and finish times: Sunday to Thursday 07.00 to 00.00 (midnight); Friday and Saturday 07.00 to 02.00 (next day). The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an applica­tion for a variation to a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
