Take notice that we Coldunell Ltd lodged an appeal to Planning Inspectorate against Elmbrldge Borough Council's decision to refuse planning permission to erect a semi-detached house and two flats at 21 Station Avenue, Walton on Thames, KT12 1NF (Elmbridge ref No. 2019/1646, appeal No. APP/K3605/W/19/3239196).
