LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to Merton Borough Council on 25th October 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Homesense, Unit 3-4, The Tandem Centre, Christchurch Road, Colliers Wood, London, SW19 2TY for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only, on Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00 as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: 1st Floor Annexe, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX to be received by no later than 22nd November 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.merton.gov. uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
