An application has been made by David Pearse, Shepherd and Dog to the Licensing Authority for the Mid Sussex District for the grant of a new Premises Licence for The Shepherd and Dog Inn, The Street, Fulking, BN5 9LU.
The application includes proposals for the following licensable activities:
1) Sell alcohol by retail:

Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 00:30. Supplied alcohol to be consumed indoors and outdoors. Non standard timings: Garden bar facility to be open 01 /05 - 30/09 between 11:00 - 22:00. New Years Eve (Indoors only) 11:00 - 02:00
2) Provide regulated entertainment:

Films: Monday to Sunday 11:00 - 22:00, Indoor and outdoor showing of films with amplified sound. Maximum 200 people. Live music: Monday to Sunday 11:00 - 23:00, Indoor and outdoor performance of live music with amplified and nonamplified sound. Maximum 200 people. Recorded music: Monday to Sunday10:00 - 23:00, indoors and outdoors. Non standard timings, New Years Eve 11:00-00:30
3) Provide late night refreshment:

Monday to Sunday, 23:00 - 00:30 Supply and sale of alcohol and provision of bar snacks. Non standard timings, New Years

Responsible Authorities and other persons may make representation on or before 25th March 2015. All representations shall be made in writing to The Licensing Officer at Mid Sussex District Council. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable is £5,000, on summary conviction for the offence.
