Notice is hereby given thatEssex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1, 2, 4,32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Effect of the above Orders will be, without anychange in substance to the designations and provisions imposed by those Orders, to consolidate each district'sOrders into anew consolidated map-based Order, the Orders being consolidated and their respective amendments are listed in Schedule 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 1st November 2019.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 116, Loughton, in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with A1168 Chigwell Lane for its entire extent to its junction with Lenthall Road.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/11/2019 to 06/12/2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required to allowthe deliveryoftrack and materials to Debden Station for essential station works. The alternative route will be via the footway on A1168 Chigwell Lane, Langston Road, Lenthall Road and vice versa.
