Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Imperial (TBK The Imperial Inn), 31 Wldemarsh Street, Hereford, HR4 9EA applied to Herefordshire Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: I.To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant such variation to have effect upon the completion of the works as notified Co the Licensing Authority in writing. Permitted hours and licensable activi­ties remain as existing. 2. To amend the name of the premises to "The Imperial Inn" following completion of the alterations. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned appli­cation must be received in writing by The Licensing Section, Herefordshire District Council, 8 Owen Street, Hereford, HRI 2PJ, no later than 22 November 2019 stating the grounds for representation.
