NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE


I, Ahmed Hamki, of 164A Romney Avenue, Bristol, BS7 9TG, hereby give notice that I am applying to Newport City Council for a grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below:
Premises Licence for ground floor, 117 Commercial Street, Newport NP20 1LX to allow the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises only between 8:00 and 20:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 16:00 on Sunday.
The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 21st November 2019 to:

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
