APPLICATION FOR A NEW LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that we, Sam Johnson and Ben Kennerley, have applied on 23rd October 2019 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Cheshire Showground, Flittogate Lane, Tabley, Knutsford, WA16 0HJ, for a premises license to provide the following licensable activities: Provision of regulated entertainment such as live music, and exhibitions of films between 12:00pm and 01:30am; provision of recorded music at any hour; the sale and supply by retail of alcohol for consumption on the site between 12:00pm and 02:00am; and the provision of late night refreshment between 11:00pm and 01:00am, all as part of a time-limited license between 02/07/2020 and 20/07/2020, for a 3-day music festival taking place between 10/07/2020 and 12/07/2020.
