Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Public Notice
Dean Sharland is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for The Mount Somerset Hotel & Spa Limited, Lower Henlade, Stoke Hill, Taunton TA3 5NB. The Licence is granted to enable the following activities to take place: provision of regulated entertainment (plays, films, dance, live music (at events only 12noon until midnight), recorded music (10am until midnight), late night refreshment (11pm until 1am) & supply of alcohol (10am until 1am). Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Manager, The Licensing Team, Somerset West and Taunton Council, The Deane House, Belvedere Rd, Taunton TA1 1HE. Representations may only be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this Notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Team at the above address. The application can be viewed by making an appointment with a member of the licensing team on 0300 304 8000. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the Standard Scale. 25th October 2019
