Re: The Estate of the Late HILARY DAVIES of 29 GAER PARK, NEWPORT, NP20 3NU

PERSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of the aforementioned deceased late of 5 BRYN GLAS, EBBW VALE, BLAENAU GWENT, NP23 5UQ who died on the 18th October2018 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 28th of December 2019 after which date the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
