TRUSTEE ACT NOTICE

RE - GERTRUDE ROSE EMILY COOTE (formerly known as Gertrude Emily Rose Briers) deceased

PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of GERTRUDE ROSE EMILY COOTE (formerly known as Gertrude Emily Rose Briers) deceased late of 17 St Peters Court St Peters Road Cirencester Gloucester who died on the 21^st March 2016 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors whose address is Victoria House Grosvenor Street Mold Flintshire CH7 1EJ on or before 3^rd September 2016 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
