Notice is hereby given that Lightworks Industries Ltd. have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a Premises Licence to permit: Sale ol Alcohol by Retail (on sales): Thursday 18:00 - 01:00, Friday & Saturday 14:00 - 05:00 Live & Recorded Music Thursday 23:00 - 01:00, Friday & Saturday 23:00 - 05:00 Seasonal Variations: New Years' Eve: Sale of Alcohol by Retail 14:00 - 05.00, Live & Recorded Music 23:00 - 05:00 for the premises Lightworks Industries Ltd, situated at Unit 58 Mill Mead Industrial Centre Mill Mead Road London N17 9QU. A register ol licensing applications can be inspected at Licensing Team, Level 1 River Park House 225 High Road Wood Green London N22 3HQ. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in wrtting to the London Borough of Haringey, Licensing team at the above address, giving in detail the grounds of the representaben no later than: 18/11/2019. Copies ol all valid representations must include your name and address and will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Cormnittee, these will therefore pass irto the public domain. Representations can be emailed to licensing@haringey.gov.uk. Representations most relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowirgly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
