HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY 2019

1. The Council of the London Borough of Haringey hereby gives notice that to allow for Remembrance Sunday events it has made an Order under Section 16(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Order will be:-

(a) to prohibit any vehicle entering High Road, N22 between its junctions with White Hart Lane and Bounds Green Road between the hours of 10:00am on 10th November 2019 and ending at 12:00 noon on the same day and at such times as regulatory traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 are displayed;

3. The prohibitions specified in Article 2 above, shall only apply during such times and to such extent as may be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and when directed by a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer.
