PUBLIC NOTICE Licensing Act 2003
We, KYK Trading Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to the London Borough of Enfield for the grant of a new premises licence at Fresh Food Centre, 220-222 Hertford Road, Enfield, EN3 5BH to:
1. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol, from 0:00 until 00:00 daily,

2. Allow the premises to be open to members of the public from 00:00 until 00:00 daily. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting https://new.enfield.gov.uk/services/ business-and-licensing and following the link to the Licensing Register. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Enfield, Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN I 3XH, or by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk,giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 18th November 2019. The Council will not entertain repre­sentations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authority Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
