Premises Licence Application

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Durham County Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Cobblers Hall at Burnhill Way, Newton Aycliffe, Co Durham, DL5 4SE. The application includes the fol­lowing terms:- I.Internal and external changes as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To delete unenforceable narra­tive. ) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
