LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence
We,Chalkwell Temple Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of the Temple Café, 815 London Road, Chalkwell, SS0 9SY. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: Supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 09:00 to 22:30 Sun to Thur and 09:00 to 23:00 Fri and Sat.- For general opening, the supply of alcohol between 09:00 and 21:00.- Supply of alcohol after 21:00 will be limited to pre-booked functions. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 20th of November, 2019. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
