(SUSSEX COUNTY CRICKET GROUND - FIREWORKS DISPLAY)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2019
On Tuesday, 5th November 2019 Sussex County Cricket Ground will be hosting a Firework Display. To facilitate safe passage for pedestrians, certain roads will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the SCCC Firework Display to proceed in, exit from, or turn
into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction
or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:-
1. Temporary Road Closures - Tuesday, 5th November 2019, 19:00 -21:00 hours
Eaton Road from junction of Wilbury Road to junction of Salisbury Road. 2.The Order is necessary to allow access for the Firework Display 3. This Order comes into force on Tuesday,
