NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE


I, Heather Lee of No.2 Augustan Hotel & Restaurant, Ponthir Road, Caerleon, Newport NP18 3NY hereby give notice that I am applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below:

To serve alcohol to non-residents of the hotel between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00 Monday – Saturday and 12:00 and 22:30 Sunday.

TO serve alcohol to residents of the hotel between the hours of 12:00 – 02:00 Monday – Sunday.

The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon-Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 14th November 2019 to
