NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Pickering Musical Society Kirk Theatre, Hungate, Pickering, YO18 7DL. Application has been made on the 2nd March 2015 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- 1) To vary the licensing plan to reflect changes to the layout of the premises as per new plan submitted to the licensing authority. 2) To add and extend the hours of operation of the following forms of regulated entertainment:-plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description to that of live music, recorded music or the performance of dance and the sale by retail of alcohol. Each day between the hours of 09:00 and 23:30. 3) Remove the following licence conditions Annex 2 conditions 1,2,5,6,7 and 8 and replace these conditions with the proposed new conditions highlighted in part M of the variation application. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 30th of March 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
