Notice is hereby given that on 25th October 2019, Buckinghamshire County Council made the Buckinghamshire County Council (Hag Hill Lane, Hag Hill Rise, Cavendish Close & Green Close, Burnham) (20 mph Speed Limit) Order 2019', under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to impose a 20 miles per hour speed limit on Hag Hill Lane, Hag Hill Rise, Cavendish Close & Green Close, Burnham, A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of roads affected, together with a copy of the Statement of Reasons, can be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. haveyoursay If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision containing therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 25th October 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
Burnham Waiting Restrictions
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th October 2019,The Buckinghamshire County Council made the (South Bucks District) (Consolidation) Order 2014 (October 2019)
(Amendment No 1033) Order 2019.
The effect of the Order is to introduce sections of 'No waiting at any time waiting restrictions' (double yellow lines) on: - Hag Hill Lane, Hag Hill Rise, Cavendish Close, Hitcham Road, Windsor Lane, Lincoln Hatch Lane & Britwell Road, Burnham. A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of roads affected, together with a copy of the Statement of Reasons, can be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Lakes Lane, Beaconsfield in the Parish of Beaconsfield CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Lakes Lane for a distance of approximately 70 metres. Alternative route: Hedgerley Lane, Malthouse Square. The closure is required whilst sewer cover replacement works in the carriageway take place commencing on 5 November 2019 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 November 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
