(B1018 Limebrook Way, Maldon) (Temporary 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2019

Further to a notices: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 17/10/2019.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit on B1018 Limebrook Way, in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 100 metres east from its junction with Fambridge Road, in a westerly direction to a point approximately 260 metres west of its junction with Meeson Meadows, a total distance of approximately 965 metres (The road is currently derestricted).

'The Essex County Council (A414 Maldon Road, A414Wycke Hill, B1018 Limebrook Way, Limebrook Way Roundabout and Spital Road Roundabout, Maldon) (Derestriction & 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2016' is hereby temporarily suspended insofar as it relates to the de-restriction on the above length of road only All other restrictions will remain in force. The temporary speed restriction is scheduled to commence 22/10/2019 to 08/11/2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while preliminary investigation works including trial holes are undertaken.

The Order will come into effect on 22/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tillingham Road, Tillingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tillingham Road, Tillingham

in the district of Maldon, from its junction with Tillingham Road, Asheldham for a distance

of approximately 60m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on

29th October 2019 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0029OCTEA4ATD01

- BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing

and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the

public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Tillingham Road, Reddings Lane, St Lawrence Road,

St Lawrence Hill, Southminster Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 17/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Ridge, Little Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Ridge, Little Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 180m north of its junction with Wayside for a distance of approximately 115m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28/10/2019 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143274674 -Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

The Order came into effect on 17/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Street, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 70m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12/11/2019 for 1 night, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143158501 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The Order will come into effect on 31/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
