Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council on 25 September 2019 confirmed the above mentioned Order and it took effect on that day. The effect of the Order is to modify the Definitive Map for the County of Essex by:-Adding a length of Footpath 35 East Donyland, from Footpath 24 in an easterly direction for approximately 80 metres to Footpath 27.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Colchester Borough Council, Rowan House 33, Sheepen Road Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG and at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, where copies will be available on request at a charge.
If any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity on the ground
that it is not within the powers of section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule
15 have not been complied with in relation to it, he may within 42 days from the date
of publication of this Notice make an application to the High Court under paragraph
12(1) of Schedule 15 to the Act.

North Essex Parking Partnership (High Street, Colchester) Temporary Waiting Restrictions Order 2019
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 intends to make the following order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
(High Street, Colchester) (Temporary Waiting Restriction) Order 2019
Effects of the order: To introduce no waiting at any time and no stopping except taxi restrictions on the lengths of road described below. The restrictions are required due to a civic event.
1. To introduce no waiting and no loading on the following length of road in the borough of Colchester

The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Waiting Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be temporarily amended in so far as it relates to the waiting restrictions detailed in this Notice.

(Various Roads, District of Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No. 13) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Tendring as specified in schedule 1 to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chitts Hill, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Cooks lane for a distance of approximately 35m in a northerly direction (10m either side of railway crossing). The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th October 2019 for 1 night and again 30/10/2019 for 1 night, or where stated on a valid permit (KL735LTN1-49-41-201019 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a one way restriction in that length of St Johns Road, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 220m east of its junction with Constable Avenue to its junction with St Johns Roundabout, a distance of approximately 205m (Traffic to travel in an easterly direction only).
2. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of King George Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Queen Mary Avenue to its junction with Pownall Crescent, a distance of approximately 145m. Winstree Road Community Led Street Design
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council in collaboration with Sustrans and the local community intends to facilitate a street design scheme in Winstree Road, Colchester The aim of this project which has received widespread local engagement is to recommend and illustrate practical strategies to help reduce the number of vehicle trips on Winstree Road at school peak times. Objectives for the project have been defined as
? Increase community participation in the design of solutions to tackle the problem of traffic and congestion on Winstree Road.
? Reduce the impact of vehicular trips at peak school times.
? Develop design ideas for Winstree Road that actively encourage everyday walking, cycling and socialising.
Delivery will be framed using Sustrans' Community Street Design methodology. This combines temporary infrastructure with behaviour change principles, all developed by the engagement with, and feedback from the local community.
