(Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 44) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on 1) Matlock Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point: BOTH SIDES: from its junction with Hertford Road, north for approximately 15 metres. 2) Hertford Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point: NORTH SIDE: From its junction with Matlock Road in westerly direction for approximately 12 metres and in an easterly direction for approximately 15 metres. The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be varied by substituting tile number TQ785 830 revision 2 to revision 3.

(Poplars Avenue, Hawkwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Poplars Avenue, Hawkwell in the District of Rochford, from its junction with the B1013 to its junction with Woodside Chase. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2/11/2019 between the hours of 4:45pm and 9:15pm or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public while a Firework event at Belchamps Scout Activity Centre take place.
The alternative route will be via B1013, Hawkwell Chase, Elmwood Avenue, Woodside Chase and vice versa.
Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 2/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the event have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.13) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified
in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Basildon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'NoWaiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 31/10/2019 exact dates will be specified on
. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hart Road, Thundersley in
the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Raymonds Drive for a distance of
approximately 60m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on
29/10/2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO56506318 - Anglian
