) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence on31/10/2019, or where stated on a valid permit The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear.
The Order will come into effect on 31/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in schedule 1 to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

An alternative route is available via East Street, Coggeshall Road, Coggeshall Road -Railway Street Junction, Railway Street, Trinovantian Way, Wickham Crescent, Manor Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 17/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 440m east of its junction with Flacks Green for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11/11/2019 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (AD03056498008 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter exchange works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Rolls Farm Lane, Noakes Farm Road, Noakes Lane, Boreham Road, Fuller Street, Braintree Road, Owls Hill, The Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 31/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Wickham Bishops Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wickham Bishops Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11/11/2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEIBYM08ER04 - BT). . The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Maldon Road, Spring Lane, Hatfield Road, Wickham Bishops Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 31/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in the schedule to this Order.
