Notice is hereby given that we ELB Bars Ltd have made an application on 14th October 2019 to Warrington Borough Council to Grant a Premises Licence at Dead Eyes Street Food, 108 Bridge Street, Warrington, WA1 2RU. The application is for: Performance of Live Music (indoors), Playing of recorded music (indoors), Late night refreshment (indoors) and sale of alcohol (on sales). Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 11th November 2019 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
