Notice is hereby given that I, Sky Bar (Bury) Limited have applied on 16th October 2019 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for Unit 4, Kay Gardens, Bury, BL9 0BL to allow sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9.30 to 00:00 Friday to Saturday, 9:30 to 00:30 and allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include:- live music, playing of recorded sound, between the following hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9.30 to 00:00 Friday to Saturday, 9:30 to 00:30 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary of conviction.
