Notice is hereby given that Wax and Beans Ltd have applied on 21/10/2019 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for Wax and Beans, 50 Haymarket St, Bury BL9 0AY to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: Mon-Sun 12pm-12am and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - Music, Singing, Live performers, Playing of recorded sound, Provision of Late Night Refreshment between the following hours: Mon-Sun 7am-12am. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke St, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon-Fri. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
