Notice is hereby given that I Lisa Dalgano have applied on 7/10/19 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for The Crooked Man, 7 Fairfield Road, Prestwich, M25 1AS to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: Friday and Saturday 12.00-00.00 Sunday - Thursday 12.00 - 23.00. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of this application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
