LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mahir Arda has applied to the Urensiig Authority of London Borough ol Haringey for a Premises Licence to permit Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises: from 07:00 to 23:00 - Monday to Sunday for the premises: Arda Store, 40 Tilson Road N17 9UY. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at The Licensing Team, Level 6 Alexandra Mouse 10 Station Road Wood Green N22 7TR Appointments to inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020  8489 1335 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notes in wring to the London Borough of Haringey, Licensing Team at the address above, giving in detail the grounds ol the representation no later than: 13/11/2019. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the pubic domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention ol crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection ol children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an aapplication for a premises licence. A person guity of an offence is liable or summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
