(A448 Alcester Highway, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Order made: to close that part of A448 Alcester Highway from its junction with A448 Bromsgrove Highway Eastbound to its junction with A441 Alvechurch Highway Northbound.

Reason: Replacement of rotten and damaged vehicle restraint below Southcrest Footbridge.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A448 Bromsgrove Highway westbound, B4504 Bromsgrove Highway westbound, B4504 Windmill Drive, B4504 Bromsgrove Highway eastbound, A448 Bromsgrove Highway eastbound and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days Commencing: 28 October 2019.

(Shawhurst Lane, Hollywood, Wythall) (20 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2019 On 10 October 2019 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following length of road in Hollywood, Wythall to 20 miles per hour:-

ShawhurstLanefrom its junction with BeaudesertRoad in anorth easterlydirection to a point 10 metres south west of its junction with May Lane. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 31 October 2019.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2019 [Prohibition of Waiting on Green Swards Lane, Ryton Close and Sherbourne Close, Redditch]

GreenSwardLane(north side)from itsjunction with SherbourneClosefor adistance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction and 38 metres in a north easterly direction; from its junction with the school access for a distance of 9 metres in a westerly direction and 48 metresin an easterly, southerlyand then westerlydirection; (south east side) from its junction with Ryton Close for a distance or 10 metres in both a north easterly and south westerly direction.

Ryton Close (west side) from its junction with Green Sward Lane for a distance of 12 metres in a southerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Green Sward Lane for a distance of 7 metres in a southerly direction.

SherbourneClose(both sides)fromitsjunction with Green SwardLaneforadistance of5 metres in anortherlydirection.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

(Footpath RD-501 Redditch)(Temporary Closure Order) 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 2 May 2019 the effect of which is to close the entire lengths of Footpath RD-501 Redditch which wasdueto expire on 24October2019 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 24 October 2020 whichever is sooner. Anyfurther extension will requiretheapproval oftheSecretary

of State.

The Order has been made due to a collapsed bridge

Alternative route for pedestrians is along: Footpaths RD-508 and RD-513 and vice versa.
